It isn't always easy to pick up something new and apply the theory to practice especially if you want to hit the ground running.

The scrum courses are very good to give a team a head start when looking to use Scrum for the first time, but there is no substitute for hands on experience within the team and this is where we can provide coaching and knowledge transfer to provide that extra depth to compliment the courses.

Coaching can be in the following format dependent on your needs:

One to one coaching which can really help new Scrum masters find their footing and leverage the best out of Scrum
Team level coaching which can help a team to discover the things that they are doing well, realise their current challenges and identify improvements to address those challenges
Programme level coaching which can help an organisation get the best out of their scrum teams with regular sessions to identify challenges and provide solutions to those challenges
